I am a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in early years education, and I hold a BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for both supporting children’s growth and development and leading and inspiring my team to deliver outstanding care and education.
Since qualifying in 2010, I have continuously built upon my professional knowledge through a wide range of training and development opportunities, including The Getting It Right for Two-Year-Olds Project, Outstanding Practice, Advanced Safeguarding for Managers and Designated Persons, and Exemplary Practice with Babies. I am also a fully qualified Paediatric First Aider.
